Lynchburg, Va. -- University of Lynchburg women's tennis freshman Ashley Hair won 6-2, 6-2 at the second flight during an 8-1 win over Randolph Friday afternoon.
Hair also teamed up with Lara Karrass for a win at the second-doubles flight. Elizabeth Teefey and Grace Teefey grabbed an 8-0 sweep at No. 1.
The reigning Old Dominion Athletic Conference player of the week Elizabeth Teefey won 6-0, 6-3 at No. 1 singles.
Karrass won at the third flight, and Alexa Hardesty, Grace Teefey, and Jordan Ottaviano all won their singles matches without dropping a game.
The Hornets take on Sweet Briar on the road Wednesday, March 1 at 3 p.m. Lynchburg's match against Methodist scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 24 was postponed.
