Ashland, Va. -- University of Lynchburg's volleyball team fell in straight sets, 25-12, 25-21, 25-19, at Randolph-Macon Wednesday in Old Dominion Athletic Conference action.
The Yellow Jackets (17-4, 8-0 ODAC) hit a scaling .317 (45 kills in 104 attempts) for the match, led by a 15-kill, two-block effort from Alexa Wolfe.
Lynchburg (13-7, 4-4 ODAC) got 17 digs and five assists from senior libero Lauren Stanford. Sydney Frink chipped in eight digs, seven kills, and five blocks for the Hornets.
Lynchburg will continue ODAC play Sunday, Oct. 20 with a tri-match at Emory & Henry, facing Shenandoah at 1 p.m. and the host Wasps at 3.
