Forest, Va. -- Lynchburg College women's tennis player Christina Harris has been named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's player of the week after another dominant performance on the court.

The sophomore from Falls Church, Va., enjoyed a 2-0 showing at No. 1 singles. She didn't drop a game in a win over Hollins' Jhovanna Salmeron and beat NAIA member Milligan's Lexie Hill, 6-0, 6-1 for Lynchburg's lone point in that match.

Harris and doubles partner Caroline Guill also took an 8-2 decision at No. 1 in LC's ODAC-opening victory over Hollins.

Harris, an All-ODAC selection at both singles and doubles as a freshman, remains undefeated in singles this spring.
