Forest, Va. -- On the heels of an 11-point week and a pair of victories for her team, Lynchburg College women's lacrosse player Kelsi Trevisan took home the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's player of the week honor.
A sophomore from West Chester, Pa., the midfielder tallied eight goals and three assists to help the Hornets improve to 4-5 overall and 2-0 in ODAC play.
Trevisan began the week with a career-high five goals to go with two assists as Lynchburg blew by Wellesley, 16-8, in non-conference play, and the sophomore followed that with a hat trick and another assist in a 15-12 thriller over archrival Roanoke.
She now has 18 goals this season, ranking second on the team in the category, and nine assists, which puts her third on the squad.
Lynchburg continues conference play this week with a trip to defending national runner-up and 11th-ranked Washington and Lee on Tuesday, April 3 at 4:15 p.m.
