|High School:||North Stafford|
2013-14: Finished a great career…played in every game in his final year at Lynchburg, including starting 22 of them…averaged nearly seven points on the year and provided solid post defense throughout…scored a career-high 16 points against Bridgewater College on Senior Day…one of the best attitudes on the team, always carrying around a great smile, and was a great leader…coaching staff will have a very difficult job of replacing the post player on and off the court.
2012-13: The junior came back from a year off to help out the Hornets…big body in the low post that provides a nice scoring touch and can defend against larger posts…played in 25 games on the year, recording two starts, including a season high 15 points in the win over Manhattanville College…coaches will expect him to take over a larger leadership role and scoring role as a senior.
2010-11: Provided valuable minutes as a freshman, especially late in the season…played in 26 games and cracked the starting line up seven times…averaged 3.8 points per game and 2.3 rebounds per game while shooting 42.6% from the floor…scored 14 points and shot 6-7 from the floor in a non-conference win against Methodist University.
Before LC: Won three letters in basketball and was a three year starter for the Wolverines of North Stafford... received second team all-district honors his junior year and first team all district and first team all area honors his senior year... averaged 15 points and 10 rebounds his senior year.
Personal: Son of Gary Boone and Carolyn Stephens... cousin of UNC Tar Heel great and NBA Rookie of the Year Phil Ford…has two brothers and five sisters.
