2012 All-State First Team

Junior (2012): Had one of the best seasons for a Lynchburg player in recent memory…hit .399 on the season in 41 starts while playing in 43 total games…tallied 67 hits and 40 runs with 20 doubles…also had three triples and two home runs…had 48 RBI and 97 total bases while slugging .577 on the season…ranked high in the ODAC and in NCAA Division III all season in several statistical categories...notched eight RBI in a doubleheader with Bridgewater which included two three-run homeruns.

Sophomore (2011): Played in 37 of the 39 games for the Hornets and started in 31… showed promise on the offensive end for the Hornets… had a .303 batting average on the year… led the team in sacrifice bunts with 10… recorded 14 hits on the year with 33 runs and four doubles.

Freshman (2010): Smooth infielder that showed a strong work ethic and skill throughout the season . . . started 16 games while seeing action in 28 . . . hit a solid .279 in his first campaign at LC . . . had a solid game against Tufts, going two-for-three while handling all five chances at third base . . . posted career-high four hits in a win over Bridgewater College on Apr. 18 . . . can play all second, short and third base.

SavageBefore LC: Was a three-year starter for WCAC power Paul VI HS . . . was a third-team All-WCAC honoree . . . hit .325 with 20 driven in his senior season as a Panther . . . played with LC teammate Justin Puentes in high school.
